Miss Management is a funny mix of time-management and simulation from Gamelab. In terms of genre, this game looks very much like Nanny Mania. In the game, you are to handle the decision-making for and crazy peculiarities of your workers - while keeping everybody happy. Get the work done, and keep the workers happy - these are the principal tasks of Miss Management. In this game, you are Denise - a cute young lady at her first job. You are hired as an office manager. So your task is to accomplish the daily goals that include not only work that must be done, but also workers' needs that must be met. You are to do all your duties within a certain period of time. The goals for each day are shown to you before each day, and you can take a look at them anytime during the game. Each worker has things that irritate him/her, and each also has things that help him/her to relax. Each day, you meet a new person in your office. Each worker has his/her personal peculiarities that you should know. There are things that he/she likes and doesn't like. For example, a girl Tara likes the whiteboard markers and doesn't like to communicate with people. It's important to know, because when Mahavir, a guy in the office, tries to chat with her, Tara gets stressed. Another example is that almost everyone gets irritated when Mahavir tumbles down on the coach to overcome his stress. You have to be careful to not let your workers get stressed out accomplishing their daily goals. The goals for the day may get one of the workers stressed, yet help others to relax at the same time. You can see how stressed a worker is with the help of the stress thermometer near each one of them. If fulfilling one of the goals gets somebody stressed, be careful not to lose that worker. For some of the goals, you have a set time that must be spent on an activity, so taking a break can restore the stressed worker. You are going to be on better terms with the workers of the office by getting to know them and talking to them in the beginning of every business day. What makes Miss Management similar to the other games of this type is that you spend as much time on chatting with your workers as on the game itself. Before each day, you are to meet a new worker and discuss any arising problems with him/her.
Of course, it is not you personally who talks to them, but it feels like you are a part of the comics.
At first, it may seem like too much, but later you get so used to everyone in the office, like Mahavir - who thinks that he's the most handsome guy in the world, or Timothy - who's depressed all the time, and the game (oops, I mean your work) becomes really fun.
You should not focus on money-making. Remember that the psychological balance of your workers as well as goal-completion are your primary priorities.
Though you get some money for all the tasks accomplished by your workers, money is not the main factor of your success in this game. The game is not about getting money, it's about accomplishing your daily goals - which could mean letting Pearl smoke for 50 seconds or bringing Tara 2 whiteboard markers.
The money you get can be spent on the things in the shop for your workers, like a cup of coffee, a doughnut, a whiteboard marker, etc. Miss Management
is both an entertaining and challenging time-management game.
The graphics are very cute and attractive. It's clear that it took a great deal of developers' time and energy to release another quality game. The game is well worth it!

G.H.O.S.T. Hunters: The Haunting of Majesty Manor is the newest hidden-object genre game from Aisle 5 Games. It offers you to solve the mystery of Viola Majesty’s manor full of sinister puzzles. You are to search different rooms to find the objects with residual psychic energies to identify possible suspects.
Viola Majesty, the manor’s matron, is in despair. She’s been bothered by the odd noises, missing items and objects moving on their own. You are her last chance to restore peace in her own house. You help her investigating different places of the house and finding objects with residual psychic energies to identify possible suspects. You are given 15 days to investigate 19 unique locations of the Majesty Manor to solve the mystery. There is Carriage House, Billiard Room, Graveyard, Garden Shed and Library among the locations.
The places are full of all sorts of stuff. The required items are hiding anywhere you can imagine - on the shelves, on the wallpaper, on the pantings…

You just need to drag it around the screen and, when you are close to one of the objects, the small red indicators light up on the wand.
The number of the hints is limited for a level. However you can try to find a battery on the screen to get an additional hint.Though, if you are a fan of finding objects, you can choose a bonus level after each level to find the rest of the objects in every room. The time is limited for each level, but even with numerous time penalties it’s more than enough.
Finding some of the things may not be very easy as the items-to-find list does not specify, say, what kind of bat you should be looking for.
The same is with symbols and signs. The time for each level is limited, but it’s more then enough. Like in other hidden-object genre games, you get time penalty for frequent random clicking.
The graphics are really attractive and bright. The music and sound effects are so good and impressive, like thunder, footsteps, whispers and creaking hinges. All this gives the appropriate atmosphere to the game Ghost Hunters.
A mode with a stricter time limit would be great. The only problem is that the game has the higher system requirements than average (1GHz processor, 512MB RAM, Windows XP and an NVIDIA or ATI 3D video card). So make sure your system is capable of these requirements.
